The Service is owned and operated by the Urban League of Eastern Massachusetts,
(the "ULEM"). Copyright in this Service, in any software constituting
this Service, and in the materials displayed on it, is the property of the
ULEM and its licensors. All rights reserved.

Any trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos and domain names used or
displayed on this Service ("Marks") are the property of the ULEM or the
businesses participating in the Service. You may not use or reproduce any Mark
without the prior written consent of the relevant trademark owner.
Disclaimer
All use of the Service and all reliance on information provided by it is at
your own risk. Business listings in the Service are provided to the ULEM by
third parties over which the ULEM has no control, and the ULEM makes no
representation, warranty or guarantee that the businesses listed in the Service
are qualified or certified at any particular time or at all for any government
or non-government contracts or benefits available to minority-owned and
women-owned businesses. THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED 'AS IS', AND THE ULEM
EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION THE
WARRANTIES OF NON-INFRINGEMENT, MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR PURPOSE.
Compliance with Laws
You represent and warrant that your use of the Service shall comply with these
Terms and Conditions and shall not infringe or violate the rights of any third
party or breach any agreement or contract with any third party. You agree that
you will comply with all applicable laws relating to the Service and your use
of it. You hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless the ULEM from and
against any liability, losses or damages arising from your use of the Service
or your breach of any of these Terms and Conditions.

The ULEM shall not be liable for any damages or harm attributable to your
use of the Service. The ULEM hereby excludes all liability for any claim,
loss, injury or damages arising from any use of the Service based on errors,
omissions, interruptions or other inaccuracies in our site, and for any claim,
loss or injury that results from your use of this site or your breach of any
provision of these Terms and Conditions.
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL YOU BE ENTITLED TO RECOVER FROM THE ULEM ANY
INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, INDIRECT, PUNITIVE OR SPECIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING
DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF BUSINESS, LOSS OF PROFITS OR LOSS OF USE), WHETHER BASED ON
CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR OTHERWISE ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO
THE SERVICE OR YOUR USE THEREOF, EVEN IF THE ULEM HAS BEEN INFORMED OF THE
POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
Entire Agreement; Waiver and Severability
The Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the parties
with respect to the subject matter hereof, and supersede all previous written
or oral agreements between the parties with respect to such subject matter. If
any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found by a court of competent
jurisdiction to be invalid or unenforceable, then these Terms and Conditions
will remain in full force and effect and will be reformed to the greatest
extent permitted by law. No delay or omission by the ULEM in exercising any
rights hereunder shall constitute a waiver unless given in a writing signed by
the ULEM.
Right to Change, Modify or Delete the Terms and Conditions
The ULEM reserves the right to change, modify, add or delete portions of the
Terms and Conditions at any time, without prior notice. Please re-review the
Terms and Conditions periodically for changes. Your continued use of the
Service will mean that you accept such changes or deletions.
Governing Law
The Terms and Conditions shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the
Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to its conflicts of laws
principles. If you choose to gain access to the Service from locations other
than Massachusetts, you will be responsible for compliance with all applicable
laws.
